At InvoicePulse, safety is our top priority. We continuously protect privacy-sensitive data through regular external penetration tests and directly implement the resulting recommendations in our software. We are proud to hold an ISO 27001 certificate—proof that we take security seriously and manage it effectively.
ISO 27001 Certification
ISO 27001 is the international standard for Information Security Management System (ISMS). It defines how we manage information security within the InvoicePulse platform.
The audit was carried out by LRQA, which tested our platform against rigorous security standards. Their conclusion: our policies are in excellent order.
Ethical Hacking & Vulnerability Disclosure
Despite our focus on customer data security, vulnerabilities may arise. We welcome responsible disclosure of such vulnerabilities and appreciate ethical hackers who help us identify them.
If you find a weak spot in one of our systems, please report it responsibly. We ask that you:
- Email your findings to security@invoicepulsesoftware.com
- Don’t misuse the problem or access/modify third-party data.
- Don’t share the issue until resolved; delete any confidential data obtained.
- Don’t use physical attacks, social engineering, DoS, spam, or third-party apps.
- Provide enough detail (e.g., URL, IP, description) so we can reproduce the issue.
What We Promise in Return
- We’ll respond within 3 days with an assessment and timeline.
- No legal action if you follow the above conditions responsibly.
- We treat your report confidentially.
- You’ll be kept updated on progress.
- Your name can be mentioned as the discoverer (with permission).
- Depending on severity, we may offer a bug bounty reward.
